I like to highlight anime that aren’t the same top 20 anime that are always mentioned. Just finished watching Fairy Gone and I really liked it. It is a period piece action anime with a female protagonist. I love the strong female characters in the show. I get so tired of seeing female characters that are there for fan service or that are constantly damsels in distress simply to add to a male characters advancement. This anime is so refreshing. The art is stunning and the soundtrack is amazing.
