The Big 3 logic wasn't created around that time. That's something newer anime gets credit for. While you must pay homage to the other animes as you mentioned that term just wasn't around at that time.

Honestly for me also this is a personal answer. The anime Given . After seeing it all with the movie it made me realize I can do anything with hard work as long as I focus and push my self.
