Sonny Boy is an anime about a school that drifts into a different dimension. Within that dimension, students struggle with trying to figure out their new world while simultaneously attempting to go back to their old world.

In addition, the students develop special abilities that help them navigate through life. The anime itself is VERY philosophical and one that you will probably have to watch, at least, twice. If you like thought provoking anime that stimulates your mind, this one is for you.

Concepts such as life, death, and their meanings are challenged in this show. Overall, the anime will leave you with a bit of melancholy mixed with contemplative vibes.
